To understand Energy consumption and usage in Europe, it is important to look at some statistics. Statistics on wind, solar and hydro power to be exact. There are, in fact, professional energy analysis & consulting firms that do just this. Europe should reach a standard energy plug through creating better power links, which would supply a larger amount of people with their energy/electrical needs. But before this becomes a reality, policies to cut CO2 emissions need to be in put in place. In most European countries, electricity utilities now obtain electricity generated from renewable sources produced by individuals and companies.
