A Look at European Electricity Consumption

Electricity is used just a little differently around the globe. This blog will briefly examine everything concerning plugs, sockets, adapters, etc.. The thing that is interesting is that international standards in the sphere of electricity differ from county to country. Now most countries do not convert electricity. They merely permit a twin-voltage appliance, a transformer or a converter from one country to be plugged into the wall outlet of another country. And sometimes timing circuits keep incorrect time: European alarm clocks will run faster on sixty Hz electricity and American clocks will lose some 10 minutes each hour when used. This is just something you need to consider when using the electricity there. So please be sure to bring the right adapter to ensure your electronics work.
